Solo practice, 12-month term. No setup fee. Nothing upfront.

The fee is collected by DebiCheck debit order on the 1st of each month. It covers hosting, daily backups, monitoring, fixes and support. New features are quoted in writing before any work starts; you decide whether to go ahead.
What does not change without warning
- Any change to the fee comes with 90 days' notice, in writing.
- You can leave with your data at any time. A full export reaches you within 48 hours of asking.
- There is no exit fee and no charge for the export.
If a payment is missed
This is written into the services agreement. I can pause the service. I never withhold your data.
- Debit order fails. It is retried automatically after 7 days, and the owner gets a WhatsApp message.
- 14 days unpaid. The system goes read-only. Everything stays visible and exportable. No new records are added and no messages are sent.
- 30 days unpaid. The service is suspended. Your data is kept for 90 days and exported in full on request. After 90 days it is deleted, with written notice.
